How do you arrange a visit to an apartment building?+
Include the floor, lift and building rules in your request. We agree on apartment access, bringing equipment in and timing of noisy work before visiting. For work on shared parts of the building, we first arrange any required approval.
How do I book a service?+
Send a short request for a service or a plan conversation. The team contacts you by your chosen method. WhatsApp is optional for adding details immediately.
How do I find out the price and pay?+
The price depends on the scope of work. After consultation, you receive a final offer in your account, where you can review it and pay by card. Payments are available once the payment service is activated.
Where are services available?+
We are starting in Belgrade. Enter your location when submitting a request and our team will confirm availability for your address.
Can I include several tasks in one request?+
Yes. Send your list in a visit request. Our team will agree with you on the work, price and whether it can be completed in a single visit.
Can I change an agreed appointment?+
Contact us in the same WhatsApp conversation and include your request number. Our team will check whether the appointment can be changed.
Do I need to be a club member?+
No. Services are available without membership. The free club offers access to special offers and new services before everyone else.
