Requests and bookings

Submitting a request and opening WhatsApp do not confirm a booking. Scope, price and timing are agreed with our team. Services are offered in Belgrade, subject to confirmation for your address.

Offers and payment

The final offer shows the base amount, any member discount and the total. Payment starts only when you choose. Payment status is confirmed by the payment provider.

Membership is free. Members receive 5% off regular service prices, including listed transport. For custom quotes, the discount applies to the agreed base price. Membership must be confirmed before payment starts. The discount and referral credit cannot be combined; the better benefit applies. Locked or paid quotes are not changed retrospectively.

Casa plans

For regular plans we agree a monthly quote and advance payment once payments are activated. Visit duration, rescheduling and any rollover are stated in your quote. Skilled work is priced separately within the same plan.

Changes and cancellations

To reschedule or cancel, contact our team in the same WhatsApp conversation and include your request number. Agree the terms of the specific service before accepting the offer.
