Data for arranging a service

A short request collects your name, phone and city area. Email, preferred date and additional preferences are optional. Services, extras, contact method and personal recommendation choices help us arrange your service. Do not enter sensitive information in the note.

Account and club

When you build a Casa plan, we store your selected services and frequency in your request to prepare a quote.

Your account lets you view your requests and offers. Club membership is free and voluntary. Passwords are managed by the authentication service; our team cannot access your password.

Connected services

Supabase stores account and request data. Stripe processes card payments; the platform does not store card numbers. WhatsApp opens only when you choose to continue the conversation. You send the message yourself.

Home profile and referrals

Your home profile stores devices, preferences, tasks and a maintenance date. Referral codes are linked to requests to verify published benefits. You choose personal recommendations and reminders in the form; the team follows that choice.

Cookies

The platform uses cookies needed for sign-in. Site analytics is enabled only with your permission. Your choice is stored in the browser, and a random session ID lasts for that session. Events contain no name, phone, email or address. There are no advertising pixels.

Access to data

You can see your own requests. The authorised team accesses the data needed to process them. Contact details for questions, corrections and deletion will be published before services are activated.
