How pricing works
Price depends on area, condition, scope and visit frequency. The quote separates regular cleaning, extras and any visit charge; sending an enquiry does not trigger payment.
Review the plan after the first visit
Check whether the checklist and duration suit your home. Agree changed frequency, priorities or extras before the next visit. Record access and material instructions. Continuity reduces repeated explanations while scope or price changes still need a new agreement.
